I actually really like Barbara and the direction the writers are taking her. Taking all this into account, James Gordon Jr. turning out the way that he does shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone.

+TheSaveme1 have you ever heard Batman The Black Mirror by Scott Snyder, it came out before Flashpoint, the villain in the trade is James Gordon Jr. son of Jim and Barbara Gordon, he was that baby that fell off the bridge in Batman Year One and just disappeared from the continuity for the next 30 years or so. Anyway in the Black Mirror and in the new 52 Junior is a crazy creepy killer. So when I see Barbara like this what comes to my mind is ,"So that's were Junior gets it". Read it its a great story take my word on it its worth buying.

MVLA PRODUCTIONS mmm there are things that could be done better with Barbara but if you go back and watch season 1 you'll see she was always doomed to becoming crazed. the writers didn't do the transition in the best way, but they had hinted at it along the way.
