Gordon travels to Eagle Rock California, to visit Capri - a restaurant in a rut - owned by overgrown identical twins, Jim and Jeff. The twins could have walked straight out of Alice in Wonderland and their method of running a restaurant is just as fantastic. Half comedy act half cry-babies, Jim and Jeff seem oblivious to the grime and dust riddling their restaurant.

It's good to know that the twins made it, even if they closed Restaurant due to the health problems. They are good people, and most importantly acknowledged their mistakes during the episode. And they were smart enough to understand that Gordon's critiques and his changes is not only for the show, but to really save their restaurant. When Gordon is cussing at you it means he's disappointed that you're wasting your potential that he sees in you. And god bless Jeff and Jim that they're understood that And yet Zeke's owners, unfortunately, COMPLETE delusional! While theirs staff are struggling their backs they're just walking and gazing at them like some fkng wardens!

The problem here is that these two really was in love with the idea of owning their own restaurant but with absolutely no idea of what it takes to run one well. They'd better off just being the showmen and hiring staff that know what the fuck to do

On the first episode- that was really heartwarming. Those guys seemed like they truly needed someone to just tell them the truth and also support them. No one deserves to feel like a failure. When they broke down it really broke my heart. Laziness usually has a root cause - whether that's self hatred, ADD, physical issues, or something else. People don't typically want to be lazy. But it can be very hard to break out of.

The twin owners are good people. I think it might be difficult for them to find a job somewhere, so they tried to make a living with the restaurant. They did listen to Ramsey. I hope the owners live well. Best wishes for them The man employee was a little lack of empathy to his boss.

They did very well but had to close the restaurant a few years ago due to health problems. They were very grateful to Gordon for helping them. All they needed was a father figure to guide them and they had prospered for years until their health failed.

something i've noticed is there's a lot of "word has gone around that Gordon is at *insert restaurant name here*, and unsurprisingly, it's fully booked" i feel like if i learned that Gordon was at a restaurant near me, especially if i'm well aware it's horrible i'd wait a few days at least before checking it out, as at this point i know that the first few days after Gordon arrives, it's still horrible, as it takes a few days for him to figure out how to try and fix it
