I am Libyan by origin, born and raised in my younger years. I then moved with my family to the UK, and been learning cuisines since I was 15 years old. Jump forward now, almost 18 years, I have travelled all over Europe to find the best way to see fusion on Arabic cuisine. I can count the places that are worthy on my hands. And, here's the shocker, worthy to who? Simple, a traditional mother cooking at home for her family in Morocco. I spent 1.3 years going back and forth just to learn Moroccan cuisine, and I can attest wholeheartedly, it is magical. My personal favourite is Lahm bil barqook. I have so many expensive equipment and chef gear in my kitchen and for work, and the only thing I value is a traditional hand made tagine clay cooker that I bought from Marrakech back in 2011. I still have it till this day and protect it like it's a treasure. ❤ 🇲🇦🇱🇾 Also, may Allah protect you brothers and sisters during this horrific natural disaster. I pray for you.
@gmailyou367 Жыл бұрын
So beautiful We love people who tell the truth when they learn Moroccan cuisine and doesn’t start calling it other names like some neighbors who sadly try to appropriate the Moroccan culture. Just a note, tagine is original Moroccan Amazigh pot but the recipe you talk about, tagine with barqoq is originally from fes.
@phoenixskyward9972 Жыл бұрын
