It’s because of the calculus...an infinite geometric series of cash flows has a finite value with the denominator being (r-g)

sir while solving the problem , in its first part you took g=12% but in some other materials it taken as "r" and calculated "g" by using formula g=b*r. can you please help me out here for understanding wordings used for 12% "investor's expected rate oof return". Thanks !

The Gordon's formulla u described ND ths formulla E(1-b)/k-br. Are both same

E (1-b) is nothing but dividends so yes both are same
