Sir as walter models teaches optimum payout/retention ratio..what does gorden model teaches..I didn't understand between the two

Meenakshi Surana both gives us Ke. However, Gordon is more used to find intrinsic value. Whereas Walter is also another approach to derive ke but it’s more used to find optimum payout.
