I certainly get what you're saying, but not always; it's whoever is paying the bills. For example: if one's name is on a deed, but another's is on the mortgage, on paper, yes, the deed owner owns the property. However, if there's a dispute of ownership, and it comes down to a civil case, more times than none the favor is going to whomever is financially upkeeping it. In this case, Patti would win hands down since Vic has the personality, let alone the business sense, of a wet paper bag. Anyway, not to contradict what you're saying, just thought I'd put another perspective out there.
