The older clips were from Boiling Point (1998), Ramsay's TV debut. It was a fly-on-the-wall at Ramsay's first restaurant. So they were actual employees, not contestants.

I've worked in a kitchen, it's either someone like Gordon yelling at you, or old school Hispanics lol. Even at simple spots you'd be shocked how many times someone screws up something so easily.

What you have to keep in mind with this video is that 90% of the "chefs" he was cursing out, are the same people whom walk around like their sh*t don't stink acting like they were the Best cooks around, meanwhile they could f*ck up a wet dream. The other 10% he yelled at couldn't even boil an egg with a preheated pot.

The Brits LOVE Gordon. Yep he gives them hell but he had his restaurant and good name to protect. I watch him every week he's hilarious But at least the winner gets a job in one of his restaurants.

Hell's kitchen is a competition, the prize is top job in a top class restaurant with $250000 prize, none of the contestants are top chefs. Bad to average cooks, but a few really improve. They'll take the shit, even losing raises there profile.

Just discovered you guys. I really like your energy and fun vibe. You guys are great. I'm a professional photographer/videographer and I like to offer a suggestion, if I may, about your positions. My man is big and strong and the lovely lady is adorable and petite. I recommend that when you shoot these reactions, you always swap seats. In other words the lovely lady should always be in the foreground and my dude should always be "behind" her and to the left or right depending on where the monitor is. This should help to balance the framing/composition of you two and make for a better shot. Also, now I'm just nit picking, but close that door in the background and put some more color on the wall and/or a plant in the background. Like a philidendren or something similar.
