WOW! Very interesting, I always had a feeling that Gordon usually says that he doesn't like the food (even when it's good) for the cameras but here we see that he will admit when the food is good. It's is crazy scary to see how many restaurants have bad tasting food and how in denial the people are that run the establishments! Glad to see a time when the food was actually palatable, it's even crazier because I'm sure that he is expecting the food to taste terribly so his mind is already geared in that direction. So to have him say otherwise shows that the food must have been perfect and spot on, mate!

Saddest part is: she still went under. 1. If you don't have a decent location, people won't be able to find you. 2. If your business doesn't have the right cost/income ratios, your business won't make enough money to survive. 3. If your presentation isn't great, your food could be great but it'll only ever be ok to the customers. 4. If your food isn't fresh, customers will be able to tell and it'll turn them off (the speed depends on how unfresh it is). 5. If your employees are too buddy buddy with the manager/owner, or that person isn't a leader, your business will fail. (lack of managerial/employee get-it-done drive, seriousness)
