Identifying foods based on taste and smell alone is actually way harder than it looks. You'd be amazed at how confused you get without the visual information you experience every time you eat something.

If people have them only once in a while (couple of months between) then it'll be much harder on them. It all depends on the individual and how often they have the foods in such a test. Put Ramsay through the test and he'll ace it because he has these foods on a regular basis.
