I had a weird experience at Hell’s Kitchen. Went with my wife and we both did the prix fixe. My beef Wellington was exquisite, but hers wasn’t quite right - she was too shy to complain to the waiter, though. Anyway, for whatever reason, Gordon Ramsay was actually there that night, circulating the restaurant and talking to customers. When he stopped by our table, I mentioned my wife’s meal wasn’t quite right. He cocked his head to the side, looked at her dish and then turned slowly towards the kitchen. All of a sudden, he started screeching and yowling, pointing furiously at one of the sous chefs. That chef ran out into the restaurant, apologizing profusely, but Ramsay responded by clawing and scratching at the sous chef as he pleaded for mercy. This continued until the waiter brought a new, perfectly-cooked Wellington for my wife. Ramsay then curled up at my wife’s feet, started purring and fell asleep. It was then I realized what I thought was world-famous, Michelin-star chef Gordon Ramsay was, in fact, an enormous feral cat.

We went in May for my Birthday. I snagged a lunch reservation and it was amazing. My husband was so surprised at how much he enjoyed it. He got the wellington and I got the salmon and we shared. I am tempted to go back in September but I like to try new places. Thinking about dinner at his steakhouse for our anniversary.

They just opened a Hell’s Kitchen at Harrah’s near San Diego and I’ll be going next month. I’ve been to his steakhouse at the Paris hotel in Vegas and it was wonderful.

CATCH at Aria is really good also and a very pretty restaurant. We went for bunch a few weeks ago and I highly recommend it. The Salmon eggs Benedict was so good and the avocado toast and I had a few of there sushi rolls. Also The Blue Ribbon at the Cosmo is really good.

I just booked a reservation for the HK at Foxwoods in CT for a Christmas present trip for me and my husband. We live about 3 hours away. We’ll be there the day after Christmas, and sadly I could only get a 9pm reservation. But it’s better than no reservation! Do you think someone who doesn’t like mushrooms would still like the Wellington? I had it at a local restaurant once and tried to scrape off the mushrooms lol. I really want to try Gordon’s, though.

We went to Hells Kitchen in March 2021 and could not get a reservation. By the grace of God, we did a walk up and sat at the last open bar top. THE BEST DINNER I’ve ever had and it was ALL VEGAN. Highly recommend this place if your family is mixed (meat eaters and plant eaters). 🤗

Maybe depends on the time of year? Not sure. I made a reservation a few months before my trip a couple of years ago and went but wanted to go again the same week and wasn't able to because it was full. This was during the summer, though, so I don't know if that made a difference.

Sticky toffee pudding is hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had in my life!!! Me and my gf ate at Gordon’s other restaurant at the Paris last year for the first time, did the full course meal thing and the dessert was by far the best I was blown out of my mind lol. I tried recreating it last Christmas off of some KZbin people who made it, came out not bad but not nearly as good and gooey as the real thing at his restaurant.

I came to Vegas earlier this year and made a reservation to go to Hell's Kitchen but ended up canceling them at the last minute, I feel very bad for that choice I made.
