It's definitely a treat meal. 1st like it in my 53 years, & worth the experience. We dined for 2 hours & were spoiled with fabulous food & impeccable service. Luckily, we were killing it on the slots on Fremont Street... so it was 100% worth it, & downtown Vegas paid the tab!😁 [Our dinner for 2 came to $212 with gratuity, no alcohol]

You said it was mercury head (Orin swift) cab with the wellington. They poured you Jordan. Jordan is nice...but about $50 a bottle cheaper retail than mercury head. For a guy that screams at his staff as much as he does...as a wine geek...have to say the wine pairings were pretty uninspired. All acceptable...but kind of disappointing. Food looked excellent, but yeah...they could have snuck a 2nd oyster on there :-)

We ate at the GR grill inside the MGM grand. $350 was our total. Food was good. But over rated. Honestly the best meal I had last time I was in Vegas. Was this Colombian hotdog truck outside the strip at a tire repair shop. But we love vegas and will continue to go, eat, and spend.

The beet salad did not excite me but everything else looked great. I would have preferred one less course and just another couple of oysters. The price is steep but they did give you a lot of truffles, and the beef wellington was a huge portion and came with foie gras. I must say, the quality of your productions are really impressive. I know, only thing that put me off this video were their hats/sunglasses at the table . Having dined at Hell's Kitchen, I can say the attire people arrive in is... sad. Then again, it's regularly 100°F+. My daughter & I made reservations 6 weeks in advance, & dressed for the occasion, since it was the singular most expensive meal we've ever had. We sat in a table similar to this video... it was an OUTSTANDING experience.
