Gordon Ramsay Teaches You How To Make the Perfect Burger at Home using HexClad's 10" Hybrid Pan.
Shop Now: www.hexclad.com
What Makes HexClad the Absolute Best Cookware You Can Have in Your Kitchen?
HexClad's patented cookware design technology is unmatched in today's world of cooking. Simply put, it is the best cookware you can buy. So how does it work?
A well-seasoned HexClad pan will provide the cooking experience of stainless steel, non-stick and cast iron in a single pan.
Using a proprietary laser etching process, we create our patented HexClad hexagon design on the cookware. This unique design creates a series of peaks and valleys.
The peaks are your stainless steel, which will give you that great golden-brown sear and also protect the pan against peeling and flaking.
In the valleys is the nonstick surface, which provides your pan with easy cleanup and the ability to cook with less butter, grease or oil.
HexClad utilizes a tri-ply, clad style pan. We start with a layer of magnetic stainless steel. This way it not only works on gas and electric stoves but also on newer magnetic induction cooktops.
Next, we have a middle layer of aluminum, which acts as the heating element, providing the pan with nice, even heating. We then sandwich this aluminum layer between one more layer of steel.
In addition, HexClad is metal utensil safe, oven safe up to 500 degrees and dishwasher safe.

I just caught this ad elsewhere. One question: does Gordon Ramsay taste anything at all? He’s ‘seasoning’ excessively, and doing it excessively at every step of the process. Processed deli food is healthier, with fr less sodium, than what I see going on here. And then he’s adding lots of butter, salted I’m sure, and then adding lots more butter. Add the onions and the pickles and the cheese and the mayo and mustard and tomatoes and lettuce, and that poor beef patty is literally lost in the sauce. It’s OK Gordon, you can confess that you don’t really like the food itself….

The best pan I’ve ever had is a £10 white ceramic thing from Asda. They last about two years of daily use before the non stick fails. I’ve had two. They don’t need seasoning (seriously who tf seasons their pans??)

Gorgeous overall, but way too much pepper. Also, I put 1 slice of cheese on the burger (folding in the corners so they don't just melt into the pan), and the other, 2nd slice of cheese, on the toasted bun. That 2nd slice melts great, from the heat of both the toasted bun and the hamburger patty. I find if all the cheese is on one surface, it tends to both run off and impede other condiments, especially the organic green leaf lettuce I like to have. For this reason, I advocate one above the burger patty and one below it. For me, no onions (or tomatoes), but instead, some classic yellow mustard (organic if possible), and the aforementioned lettuce.

Don't buy expensive pans with non-stick coating, they just don't last. A pan like this also just won't have the same non-stick performance as a true non-stick pan.

What exactly is it you think you know about this pan's construction? Mine have lasted years.

I thought this was a Gordon Ramsay video at first😂 Heard the pans are shit tho mate. Even Gordon Ramsay couldn’t convince me to waste my money on this garbage. I have a really nice non stick pan that cost 1/4 the price. Been using it for over a year now and it’s still just as nice as the first time I used it.

I’m pretty sure he uses this French salt. That’s like 15 bucks for a jar at WilliamsSonoma.

He says it on master chef a lot. What your dish simply lacks is basic seasoning. Meaning salt and pepper. No preground shit! It has to be fresh ground. Basic pepper and salt used at the right amounts and at the right time does make a substantial difference to the flavor of the dish
