Oh, yes! My late son ( a wonderful cook ) made the most wonderful, fattening Brussels sprouts. He simply placed them in a pot and added a cup of salted butter. Cooked on medium low until tender. Delicious and totally unhealthy. 😂 How do you cook them? I need a healthy way to make them. ❤️

How I would cook it is to cut them in half, season with salt/ pepper and a drizzle of honey. Oil your baking sheet, spread them around the tray, and bake until crispy.
