There has only ever been less than 10 reported cases of boy/girl twins being identical but that's because at some point the Y chromosome dropped so then the baby partially develops as a girl which leaves her with Turners Syndrome. Which according to Mayo Clinic can cause a variety of medical and developmental problems, including short height, failure to start puberty, infertility, heart defects, certain learning disabilities and social adjustment problems. So with that information it is extremely rare with only a 0.01% chance of it happening and not without serious developmental issues.

I call bologna on that. I admit it is extremely rare but I went to middle school with a pair of identical twins. One boy one girl. They were the spitting image of eachother down to the teeth shape and placement. She hadn't developed yet and if you shaved her head it would have been undetectable who was who.
