Buy a roast with some fat anything you can afford, put it a crock pot or instant pot. Add onion soup or just throw an oinion in OR not. Add water or beef stock . I had to use water to many times because low on money . Anyway add salt and pepper and any spice that you want be creative just make sure it is not salty because you already have added pepper with salt . EASY PEASY when its done put on bakerey sub rolls dip in juice. OR Have a regular ribeye sandwich still less expensive than the higher price tenderloin. Pan fry in butter for a crust and broil the ribye. Steak it out sanwich style!! LOL.

ooooh, those were all so beautiful..... My kids and I are gonna have some fun. Reminds me of Grandma's herb garden, and she grew some of my favourites for herb vinegar, colds with the mint but wild was better and way stonger here...made absolute best mint sauce as the sou chef I worked with one year told me, and old ladies when I collected for them when bow shooting out in prairie.... but the dishes are amazing, and all those fresh plants make me cry... I am very proud of my pepper and basil and herb pots... and the habenero plant a friend gave me... now I ahave a few...... heheh.... Thanks Gordon.

I'm surprised that the Americans are not on Gordon's doorstep yet because of the amount of (olive) oil he uses
