While that crisps add Parmesan to the other side and flip once melted Scramble the egg, add the spinach and sun dried tomatoes, and a little more cheese. I love how Gordon's shows on tv are so aggressive and vulgar. But his KZbin channel is family friendly, with a great relaxing experience. Crazy how when Hollywood producers aren't involved, its still good quality entertainment.

I really wish your wonderful teaching videos did not have commercials. I don’t know if you or KZbin gets the money from them but , I am older and they (the commercials) break my concentration completely when trying to follow alongside the videos. For some reason here in the US and most of the internet memes I see, they always portray Gordon as some kind of screaming monster. When youtube started showing me Kitchen Nightmare videos two days ago, I thought I'll give it a try. It's strange how different Gordon is in the shows I've seen from what he's usually portrayed as. He seems to be a very supportive guy who knows how to help businesses and chefs improve. He doesn't seem to scream just to be a jerk, but just to make people move and focus in the work they're doing. He seems to actually be a genuine guy who cares for those he's trying to help and of course the customers. Even though I have no interest in cooking, watching just a couple of episodes of his show somehow made me want to try cooking because of the techniques that have been shown (and I also learned why in the rare times I cook omelettes they are rubbery). Even if you have no dream of becoming a chef or even cooking, if you watch his show, you'll learn how to be a leader, how to be assertive, how to organize, how to market, what makes good food (fresh ingredients, not pre-cooked!), how to bargain, it's definitely not just a cooking show but also a "how to run a business" show. Someday, I wish to be able to cook chicken or whatever meat that just slides off the bone lol!
