This was a fun one to watch. I wish there were more like this on KZbin. Kayaks, rafts big and small, even shredders!, a cataraft, clean lines, bad lines, people who deserved to get tooled but the river gods smiled on them, people with clean lines getting smacked by the river gods, all good stuff.

Amazing to see how much this rapid has changed over the years. Back in the 90s the line was to run up against the big house boulder on river left (where much of this appears to be filmed from). Now it looks like an undercut, rocky mess on that side (and the hole looks stickier!)

Wipeouts and washing machine spin cycle for all without fear or favor. Amazing skill on display. I would panic getting stuck underwater with that type of turbulence pummelling the kayak. Anyway, back to critiquing form and paddle placement in my capacity as an armchair expert.
