Two employees from North Alabama mechanical contractor M&D Mechanical demonstrate the company's Gore-Max 1.25 gore locker fitting machine. The Gore-Max 1.25 allows M&D Mechanical to make standing seam fittings in-house. The gore locker fitting machine increases the efficiency of making elbows, reducers, end caps, and off-sets. The Gore-Max 1.25 can run a maximum metal thickness of 18 gauge to produce diameters of 5” to 50”. The company also has an spiral duct machine that can be used in conjunction with the Gore-Max 1.25 to produce a wide array of spiral ductwork and spiral fittings.
M&D Mechanical produces process ductwork, sheet metal fabrication, rectangular HVAC Ductwork, and spiral HVAC ductwork in its company-owned sheet metal fabrication shop.
