Baby saw his value rise after 17 slowly fell off the top spots. Zamasu does not even have any monster blues to worry about and still leaves a lot to be desired. This is nothing like baby's situation. He just released at the worst time imaginable since S17 was still king. Zamasu couldn't be any more free in the meta with yellows ruling the game and blue being the 2nd worst color atm. It's only going to get worse for him since we're going to get more blues, he has no neutral, he's super frail with his disrupt locked behind getting hit and has no real safety.

I've been trying him and, although he has flaws, he has lots of sustain thanks to his gauge and lots of damage and pseudo support (everytime he uses a strike or blast he debuffs the enemy with 15% damage recieved for 15 counts and its stackable, and if you switch out your allies can benefit from it) and his defensive gauge can stop combos really well, W release for me

As long as they keep steadily adding counters to UMV, he'll eventually be pushed out if the meta. This MZ is no one above all unit that will singlehandedly save the day, however he is at least someone that makes UMV and UBG "less" free to roam around. Do we really want them to add a red that power creeps everything with toxic and annoying mechanics, that make the game unfun? Because they will add that, if people ask for it enough. Its a double edged sword. They make the red unit too good? Suddenly red units will be the big bad that ruin the game with toxicity. I'm happy with this unit, he has flaws and that's what you want in a healthy game, not flawless menaces that are unfun to play against. Anyway, good day 👋

I really dont know if i should summon or not, if u look at the banner and how good the unit is then the answer is probably no. But i really like fused zamasu and wanted him for a long time, and its not like hes bad but he just lacks a couple important mechanics. Im also at 35k cc, which means im not able to claim all the raid cc (the 3 after party ones plus the new upcoming ones) and also the cc from the other shops if theres any. So idk if i should just save and miss out on the few k cc or summon to go under 20k and claim the cc. Again i really like fused zamasu, but no 2nd life mechanic (thinking about indestructible), no immunity to arts cost up, kinda short cover null, no offesnive neutral, no arts cost reduction are all thorns in my sight. Also wished he had multiple ults so u could get rid of beast gauge (i dont have ultra rosé) and to get his lf more often cause it looks so good.

One problem I see is if you have a full gauge and when you are in defensive gauge then you attack. One attack is consumed to change the type to attack gauge and another is needed to consume it. This can be an huge issue he would have no cover null for two cards

After having used this guy on my PO setup at 3* (max arts boost and 1x zenkai buffed) I’ve come to the opinion that he is extremely strong. At high stars he’s going to be an absolute monster. He’s very slippery, his disrupt is great and he hits very hard on top of having brilliant combo potential and playmaking ability. Great release, he annihilates beast and UMV.

From using the new Zamasu my thoughts are his offenses are really solid i think you can do some real work there. His defense is not that good and its mainly due to how the gauge works being that you fill the gauge then you have to get hit again for it to activate. Filling the gauge gives you nothing its resetting it that does which i think is kinda stupid. I think you should get the effects as soon as it fills and then being hit again will reset it

This is actually the best of both worlds. Goresh enjoying gogeta blue, definitely the best character designed in terms of fun, and being positive and seemingly having fun? He’s not even complaining about the matchups. It’s giving me the good vibes I got from golden frieza/red zenkai zamasu or even broken chars like red fsk gohan Even though this zama is mid, very enjoyable content recently (And I’ve been watching goresh on many accounts…since…blue cooler zenkai lol)

The gauge should reset the moment its filled he already needs to take an extra hit for it to switch back to the defence gauge so having to take another hit to use the disrupt is just awful plus since he doesnt have cost reduction, doesnt draw a card on entry, and has low cover null he cant really capitolize off his attack type gauge all that well so having just reset instantly would very much help him Still gonna pull him ive been waiting for zamasu and hes got a good lf animation too

i feel like he’s super well designed but the lack of the special gimmick fs him over so bad like if u took away the special gimmick of each character in the game this guy is S+ tier top 3 no question
