For toss phylactery to work, you have to toss to an enemy specifically, so it doesn't work when tossing to allies/if you kill the target with the toss

​​@@mairajahmed2368 yeah phylactery (and the facet for that matter) is only for the target of the toss. Not the person who is tossed. So phylactery (and the facet) omly do bonus damage if you toss to an enemy. And only the the enemy that the tossed person landed on takes the bonus damage. Its why tiny is not really good and blink ava tossing anymore. Its way less damage than just tossing a target to an enemy
