I love the look of the upstairs lounge but would never have it. I would be so afraid that my kids would fall over that wall behind the sofa. I would have to have that wall go up to the ceiling.

I would at best put the secondary tv against that wall and the couch up against the bonus room wall, rather have to buy a new tv than a full body cast, but even that options not optimal. Definitely needs a barrier of sorts, if not a full wall, than some beams/pillars or something.

I think decorative wrought iron would do the trick. Even though a loft like that catches all the noise from downstairs, it's still nice to have it be open

I saw that same hazard but my kids are four legged fur babies (Pomeranians) that get rambunctious and I could see them running up and down jumping a playing and over the side so I immediately said I'd have to have some sort of barrier put up or something.

That basement is HUGE! I'd love to see this layout with a fourth bedroom. Maybe a second floor master suite. The first floor one could be an in-law suite.

Nice home. Like the size of the basement and that it’s a walkout. Really like the location of the dining room. Not a fan of barstools at the island in that particular kitchen. Getting in and out of the refrigerator and such would make it very cramped.

The only thing that got me was the kitchen sink wasn't stainless steel and the stairs need a handrail.otherwise that house is a winner.

Love this home. The only changes I would make is in the master I would take out the tub and have a bigger shower and I wouldn't need a basement because we don't have them in our area other than that it's great.
