Timothy, this is a breathtaking 🏠🏡!! This reminds me of The South!! It has a Rustic Feel!! All of the rooms are very comfortable, different, huge, roomy and cozy!! Very Inviting!! Reasonable for the Price!! The Kitchen has a country style look!! The Backsplash is very appealing!! The Laundry Room is great!! The Upstairs is also completely stunning!! Hmm was lookin pretty good until I saw the master bed and bath. Closet situation is weird. Water heater ect would have to go somewhere if no basement so.... no closets at all then? For this price this home should have had all the bells and whistles. Should have had a walk in closet for the master. Should have had a big garden tub area for the master. Should have had a linen closet. Should have had ample space for a freezer? Should have had a pantry! I mean gosh.. so many things they COULD have done but didnt.

Home wouldn't work for me, too many windows and small living room but would make a great lake house if you were in the $$$.
