Gorgeous cake! 🤩 I'm curios how many hours do the cake stays on the table? I saw that in many country it's common to display the cake. Where I'm from, the cake gets brought out only when it's cutting time 😁

It really depends on what the couple or venue decide. Sometimes it is displayed until after dinner and sometimes they take the cutting of the cake pictures right away. Then they take it back to the kitchen to cut while dinner is served.

Beautiful cake! I really enjoyed this video. The dry ice would take so much pressure off me when I deliver but how do you go about getting it? I know to where gloves which you did. Did the Ice move around during travel? Thanks!

I get it at my local grocery store. They have it in a special cooler. Or a meat market would probably have it too. Since the cake is on a board, even if the ice moves it won't touch it. And if by chance it does, it doesn't seem to hurt anything;)

I do freeze mine but I put them in a plastic cupcake box and out a peice of saran wrap over them all touching the top, and then close the box. This has just worked for me;)

Probably depends on the recipe, but the ones I use are very moist and I have frozen them up to 2 months with no problem. But to be on the safe side, since I don't know your recipes, maybe 2 weeks.

I have never heard anything from customers, so it must be ok;) we do try to deliver about 2 hours prior to the guests arriving. But since it is only in the box with the ice for a relatively short time, it doesn't have time to freeze thru. The surface is chilled mainly.

Did you put a dowel down the middle of the cakes so they don’t slip. I would be frightened of the cakes moving without one while transporting it. Lovely cake by the way.
