My opinion... 1. I dislike the new fad with the shower and tub enclosed together (wetroom). I prefer each to be separate. 2. ONE car garage for $3 Million is not acceptable. 3. Not enough land and usable land for $3 Million 4. The bedroom on the 1st floor is too small for $3 Million 5. I don't like where the wet bar is located on the main floor...the kitchen is just a few more steps away. 6. Not sure that I like the layout of the main floor 7. TOO close to neighbors for $3 Million However all the finishes in the house are beautiful.

WOW! I’m really…really in shock that all this home has is only 1 garage. It looks beautiful, but why 1 garage with 6 bedrooms. Even if the driveway could take all those cars…WHY?! Make it make sense.

Smart builder built the bathtub inside the shower. Amazing smart. Kitchen could be much better though, it’s very small and one main sink in the island?
