When viewers respond to postings, it is best to let them express themselves freely and in the manner they feel most comfortable. Let them be in the moment as they are fully themselves. Please.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I really value creating a space where everyone can express themselves freely. Was there something specific that made you feel this way? I’m always looking to make sure the community feels open and welcoming.

Please refrain from using the word ‘cute’ to describe the museum, the gardens, the house and everything else that you find interesting. Museums are intellectually inspiring, the gardens are majestic and amazingly designed for colour and texture in their very essence and the house and furnishings reflect the simple elegance of Monet’s era. The word ‘cute’ is in completely the wrong context.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts-I completely understand how significant Monet's house, gardens, and the museum are, and I intended to treat them with respect. When I used the word "cute," it was to describe the souvenirs in the museum shop, like the small replicas of Monet’s work, and houses in Giverny which I found genuinely charming. The word is not used to describe the museum, gardens, or Monet's House itself. I also chose not to add commentary or subtitles to the galleries or Monet’s House so viewers could interpret and appreciate them freely. Thanks for watching!
