According to a Llewellyn Iron Works catalog, the original elevators were Llewellyn elevators (I don't know if these are the same elevators but modernized, or if Westinghouse completely replaced them).

i have a small questions regarding these elevators, i will be staying at the biltmore just because ghostbusters was flmed there. the elevators are in the movie too, i was wondering, i see 6 elevator doors, are these the only guest elevators in the building? or does ech of the 3 "towers" have their own elevators, do you perhaps know how many staircases there are? (als in the movie) thanks !
