Gorilla Cart GCG 7cu ft Review

This may be the best yard/garden cart ever. Strong, sturdy and easy to use. Check this out in real use in the yard. This may be the cart you are trying to find. And it probably does not cost much more than the lousy ones you have already bought. Do yourself a huge favor, get a real work horse.

I use them for firewood haul into the house and park by the fireplace. use the other one to full up the one in the house, Then fill it up and park next to the other one.. Use them for mixing cement in, and hauling around? idk how well that would work? Really there pretty boy carts! Not a work carts > he hee there so pretty wagon wheeled up around the fireplace

Agreed! I'm 60 and just don't have the bicep strength to haul a heavy wheelbarrow load anymore. I really want one of these carts, but I don't have enough room in my garage to store it. If I can figure out where to keep it, then that's when I'll buy. 👍💯👍

They also make a smaller one. Probably hold 2 bags of potting soil and still be pullable. We are going to get one of those also.

Rain isn't a problem, so keep it on the North side of a building or fence.

last week I bought one, and fired my wheel barrel. This thing is great for hauling tools, light grass, dirt etc.

I live on a slope so I wish they had a 'park[ mode, the thing will roll down the hill if I am not happy.

How does it go down steps? With a wheelbarrow you can bounce it down steps.

You should buy a transfer shovel. It takes 20 shovelfuls to load my Jackson wheelbarrow with oak woodchips

When it's full of mulch and you pull the yellow handle and lift up to dump it, does it take a lot of strength? I'm a woman and can't lift a lot. I would like the larger load capacity of this one for hauling mulch, but am wondering if I will be strong enough to dump it when it's full or whether I should go with the smaller model so that I don't hurt myself.

The way the back wheels rotate inward when dumping takes so much of the weight of lifting off of you. The wheels come inward, changing the center of gravity and it actually gets easier the more you pull up. Almost creepy the way the weight goes away the more you pull the handle up. We have several different brands of smaller carts and my wife always takes this one first, even though it is the biggest. This one or the smaller one and you should be happy.

I'm an old lady with little strength and need one of these. Do you think one that size would be hard to push for an old weakling or should I get the smaller one?

Get the smaller one. We often put too much in our sand pulling it uphill is rough. I will add the smaller one when I find it

Question for yah! How many 5 gallon buckets can fit inside the 7cuft cart without them stacking?

4 very easily. If you don't mind them being a little off kilter then you can get 6 in. It is a great cart.

Is the steering hinge mechanism made of plastic or metal? I'd be curious how long that will last.

I have had mine for a year and a half now. Still absolutely love it. They also make a smaller one. I think I will get it too for smaller jobs. If I had a complaint it would be that the cart does not have a brake. Our yard slopes a lot and the cart will roll downhill if we do not keep it sideways.

Disappointed in mine. Wont dump out all dirt. 1/4 of load stays in bed.

I do have to use a rake to get the last of the dirt out. And it can be hard to back up. But it still is the best thing my 70 yr old body has found to move heavy loads around. Using a wheel barrow I tend to dump it over side ways. Hate that.

Notice it don't roll around well, and the value stem hits the keeper. THAT SUCKS! Now if the bed was metal ? It would have been the world best carts ! BUT THERE NOT! ONLY CHEAP PLASTIC Made in China. only reason i bought them they was the only thing out there. and they was on sale . THAT THE ONLY 2 REASONS I BOUGHT THEM
