Easy until you get to the side rails. No written instructions, video worthless. Turned them 25 diff directions and still don't work. Throwing them away and telling mom her new wagon is a flatbed.

Step one. Put frame on work bench or table so your not doing assembly in an awkward manner. Step two. Make sure you have tools for the job such as a socket set so you don't strip bolt heads. Continue from there. Good luck!

Step 3 (not included). What are they doing with the pliers? Very, very unclear here and in the printed instructions.

I couldn't have put the last sides on without these instructions. I just wasn't getting it. I felt stupid. Lol.

I had to get a different model. It seems the manufacture put the wrong stud in the front. The nut was too big and the stud was too short. It appeared the front stud should have been different from the back ones. Very dissapointed.

I put 500 lb of rock in this, hooked it to my tractor, went 4 ft, and that was the end of the cart. They where nice enough to return my money. Don't put over 100 lbs in this thing.

I have this cart and it took me less than 10 minutes to put it together without the instructions and here I am online watching a video on how to put it together. Lol really if you can navigate youtube but you cant put this wagon together on your own with out help thats called be lazy rofl.

I had purchased mine from Home Depot and I have noticed that the pneumatic wheels say do not exceed 300 lbs on the side wall, but the wagon says it’s max weight is 800 lbs. some of the washers do not fit on the axles. But other than that it’s a great tool
