I love Iriki. She is so beautiful and gentle. I love her deep and soft eyes. I have a feeling she will have a girl. A little Princess to adore and a playmate for little Jabali. It Will be interesting to see Iriki's mothering style since the two females are half sisters and grew up with the same handling ( how Tayari is a bit clumsy with Baby J and not as gentle toting him around ) Iriki seems to be a more calm and affectionate soul. Cannot wait to see her become a mother. I love this little family. Thank you! ;-)

It’s funny how big they get when they’re pregnant but the newborns seem very small..... I read it’s very easy for them compared to humans. They don’t really have labor pain.

Oh my goodness me! Look at Iriki's precious baby bump (0:06) 😍. She has such a meek and lowly quiet and calm spirit. Seeing how Iriki interacts with Jabali, grooming him and especially how she cradles and kisses him, I have no doubts Iriki will be a good nurturing mom to her baby. Awwh Iriki, I just want to hug 🤗 her. I think everyone is on pins and needles waiting for her to give birth. 不知道能不能給她們吃，現在有種植一種叫水果玉米，可以生吃，吃起來很香有牛奶，水果味道，還有紅肉地瓜，都有殿粉又營養，地瓜葉吃了也很有奶汁，據我了解是生產過的婦人用地瓜葉炒麻油加個蛋吃奶水就會多，紫色地瓜補血氣，臺灣有很多種類地瓜都很好吃，花蓮自強新村，自強監獄，那裡犯人種的紫色地瓜超級好吃，看看可以給動物園嗎？

It is not hard to tell that she will deliver her baby soon because as the birth gets closer she loses more hair on her breasts. This happens during the very last stretch of pregnancy for primates and other pregnant species with alot of body hair.

I've concerned about the mental and physical health of Iriki living with Tayari. Tayari is jealous of Iriki and I fear she will harm Iriki and the baby. There was a video shown Tayari in a closure with her baby without any wood straw on the cement -disgraceful how this zoo can get away this what looks like a deplorable living condition. Are these gorillas being used only for economic purposes? The person filming the family should have some concern about the way these gorillas are living. I hope Iriki is safely protected from Tayari. Can someone out there do something to get these Zookeeper's in charge to change the conditions these gorillas are living under.

@@marykelly2409 This is legitimately the best gorilla enclosure I've ever seen. I mean, look at all that fauna! And those alcoves they can hide in to avoid visitors and weather? That's luxury right there. Concrete indoors may not look pretty to us, but it's common and practical considering it has to be cleaned several times a day. The ones that put mulch indoors are the absolute dirtiest and least healthy for the animals. As for Iriki, if she wanted attention, she would make it known. She seems more like an introverted type to me, and if she's even pregnant to begin with, then she's evidently got a good relationship with D'jeeco. Matriarchs from different natal groups don't often interact anyway, and it's not like Tayari bullies her. In fact, Tayari annoys D'jeeco way more, lol.
