Please improve the gorilla enclosure by incorporating more natural grasses, trees, vegetation that’s healthier instead of just loading cuttings. The gorillas coats look mangy and dull. They’re lacking the nutrients obtained from vegetation grown in their enclosure. Can you design an enclosure similar to the Taipei Zoo with the natural beauty, vegetation and shelters? The gorillas look healthier and happier and they coexist with muntjac animals in the same enclosure. There’s film of gorillas patting the muntjacs. You treat your gorillas like they have no brain, no feelings, no interest or no ability to feel imprisoned, cut-off or that they can endure living on a concrete floor with a few balls and blankets. But in their natural habitat the grasses of the forest floor and natural vegetation, not straw, provide the soft surface they need. Your enclosure is basically a cruel penitentiary for a family of primates who don’t deserve such cruelty. THE ENCLOSURE US SUBSTANDARD DEPRIVING GORILLAS OF FOOD AND AN ENVIRONMENT THAT NURTURES THEIR PHYSICAL, NUTRITIONAL AND NEEDS AND COMFORTS OF TGE RICH QUALITY OF LIFE THEY WOULD HAVE IN THEIR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

Yes that’s normal for gorillas. They are not human, they are gorillas stop anthropomorphising them and likening them to a human woman. Genki is a female gorilla it wouldn’t affect her the same way it would a human female. Smh.

This is how gorillas carry their babies. Ventral carrying is quite common, along with babies clinging to their backs. Some youngsters like Kiyomasa were carried around even at age 5 or 6!
