I love watching our little Boss Baby playing with his monkey mates❣️ I’m sure the monkeys enjoy it - if they didn’t, they would avoid him - and they seem to actively seek him out for playtime! 😃 It’s also beautiful to see Kiango interacting with Bao Bao. He’s beginning to look a lot like his Papa - especially in the face. ❤❤ Thank you Lieke! 🙏🥰

Awww this video was so cute!! I've seen Kiango and Daddy share food but never play. It was so sweet ❤. And I see our little fella holding his own a little better with the monkeys. They're pretty rough with him sometimes. But its still adorable watching them play. Im glad he has some playmates 🙂

好久沒有看到Kiango了，他長大了一些，Bao Bao 老來得子體力沒有台北動物園的D’jeeco好， 所以無法陪Kiango玩，看Kiango跟小猴子玩時常被猴子抓他的臉，金剛的個性很友善不會攻擊室友❤❤❤❤❤

Interesting how you can see and inherent trust between Kiango, Mojo and Moto. As soon as a signal is given to stop an interaction they will stop and stand by each other, whilst showing no anticipation or anxiety that any will become 'aggressive'.

I still can't figure out if the monkeys like to play with Kiango or not. Sometimes it seems like they do and sometimes it seems like he is annoying them.

They can always avoid kiango if they would want to the island is so big. But I think it is a little bit like a little brother who wants to play. And the big brother likes it but it is also sometimes annoying.

What a way to end my day. He had a little spa with pa. I have a question: Is the chest beating inherent as this is the first time I have seen him do it & nobody else has done it for him to mimic? Gorilla's learn by seeing ;). Though when they're young the chest beating is more an invite to play and impress in a different way. Several gorillas show chest drums during the day/week. This particular day Mintha had done quite a few but that was because she was pissed off. And during the feeding presentation they sometimes show how Gorilla's have shown us lots of kinds of drums during the last years. And they play a video of it on a big screen. So he's also able to see that. And Moto and Mojo were quite some time away last year because Kiango had lots of small injuries in his face because of those two. Now he is getting bigger and better in defending himself. And he'll scream when he needs help 😅. So no worries for now ;)

Is Bao Bao sick? He doesn’t look well, he’s a bit thin. Little man is stocky an he has some body. He’s unusually shaped lol. Love Kiango spirit he’s quite confident. Hope Baobao is ok

He is actually looking much better here than he has in a while. He has a heart condition that they were/are treating. For a while he looked very bad, but as I said he is looking much better now.

Probably 38yrs. They don't know for sure because the found him in a sea container when he was about 2 to 3yrs old.
