Featuring Bashy who took lyrics from his song "Fantasy" and Kano who took lyrics from his song "Bassment" (featuring Damon Albarn ! ).

For future reference sake, they don't use Del's original lyrics because he owns them. When Gorillaz first went on tour, he didn't he'd get paid enough, so he split, along with their rights to use his rap lyrics.

No, on the latest "Humanz" tour, Del has actually performed the rap with them several times. It seems he put the issue of money behind him. Either that or Damon realized it was worth stepping up. Either way, he's been performing with them.

To be fair Del is the reason this song got the recognition it did when it first dropped. They had somebody else do the song and thought hey since Del was in studio doing deletron 3030 why not have him redo the lyrics. 30 minutes later it was history.

@GUIMOHEAD Have you noticed that through out the entire Plastic Beach tour everyone in the band is wearing the same clothes as a "uniform"? It's on hand with the whole nautical theme. Everyone's shirt is striped black and white, Damon's is red and black. He is Gorillaz.

There is a reason for that, I answered to it a bit in the other comments. But Del thought he wasn't paid enough back in the beginning of Gorillaz, so he never made it live with them. Ever.
