I love the part from 0:09 to 1:09 sounding kinda like carnival music. It just sounds pleasant. Carnivals are associated with childhoods, however I haven't gone to many carnivals. In my childhood, I used to go to the beach a lot with my family, and I've always loved the ocean. The gift and food shops by the boardwalk selling popcorn, hotdogs, and sweets in a way did invoke a carnival feel to me I suppose, looking back on it. And my dad introduced me to Gorillaz when I was like 6 or so, so I've loved Gorillaz pretty early on in my life. Not to mention Plastic Beach is my favorite album ever. So this segment of the song encapsulates all of those aspects from my childhood innocence.
