In regards to giving equipment to spore servants, since the circus method is unavailable after entering, you can instead use the waiter at the Elfsong Tavern room you can use as camp in the lower city. You can use the waiter anytime at night and trade using your NPC spore servants!

Glut will follow along when you glitch him to act 2 and continue to act 3 like normal

i tried it in patch 7, it doesn't have the Invoke the Black Hand ability, it only triggers when you take damage 1 time

hey yeah you're right, that is kinda unfortunate, I read the patch notes and didn't find anything about that change

@@WhowlingWholf I played for him a little, there is another bug, the ability "Invoke the Black" works infinitely and refreshes all action points when I drink a potion. But the game often crashes, so I replaced him with Sarevok, which works stably and has a legendary ability to attack in response. You can also not loot Gortash after killing him, but immediately raise him, then he will have a strengthened Dazzling Ray that can be used every turn

@@ramrierd543 hahaha does it refresh your bonus action? you could get infinite actions in 1 turn lol. hm crashes are a bad sign, i rarely had any crashes with spore servants before. Yeah dazzling ray is only 2d10 tho right? And cant use if you invoke the black hand i think?

@@WhowlingWholf Maybe it's a one-time bug, I was just killing Sarevok using Gortash, at the beginning of the fight I used Tyrant's Bindings and I had the Invoke the Black Hand reaction about 4 times refreshing all actions, then any bonus action (I drank potions) again caused Invoke the Black Hand and a full refresh. The dazzling ray ability was stronger, it seems 4d10 but it will disappear if you remove the weapon through the inventory. There were crashes only when I played for Gortash, the game without mods on custom difficulty honor mode with saves

@@ramrierd543 hmm could be, maybe an honour mode thing? I haven't spored Gortash at all in honour mode. Ah ofc ye should be stronger than 2d10, yeah pretty solid. I know I crashed when I gave a spore servant ketherics armour and took it off; which i think was because of the passive effect not ending, but i think it would be something else for your crash.

Hells, could you make Stalker Svignee (Upper city sewers boss in the final battle) spore zombie. He has necrotic smite and hellfire orb, it would be fun if it is possible.

Never knew he existed, but having a look he seems like a copy of the knight 'That Which Guards' who can't fungus since they're undead unfortunately

@@WhowlingWholf ok so basically i beat nearly all of act 1 minus ethel and the creche to get the waypoint to last light. then i take glut go to camp and then fast travel to last light like in your video - i play on the lastest PC/MAC version of the game

@user-wg8ee9di7v hm interesting, not sure why it isn't working, I can recommend trying another save file that you might have? either another game or same one. Or ensure details are the same in the video, but the steps should be straight forward. There has been 3 hotfixes since I created the video and they mentioned nothing about Glut, I also just tested it now and still worked.

There's a secret trick to bypass the spore effect and to cast death ward and kill them, it will revive the servant without the spore effect and then they can cast spells (and be re-animated on death)

Same method to act two but just keep playing like normal and progress to act 3, he will follow along. Yes you can kill the duegars but agree with Glut to avenge Spaw's circle, but you don't actually do it lol
