You should do a video of shaping a pond's waterfall, not the rock placement but the actual shape of the dirt and how the shelves look, the walls beside it, so forth. Surprisingly the most challenging part of an excavation.

I have a question, using a bog filtration system as well as a skimmer, where should the pump/pump entrance be located in a small-medium sized pond. thanks

Filtration should be placed where the fish will be most active and around where you are feeding them.

Beautiful fish! 😃 Although, I probably wouldn't be as adventurous by taking home the bigger one. 😉🐠

What do you guys think of Tetra Pond fish food? And what type of dried shrimp can I feed my pond fish?
@kenthuntsinger66386 жыл бұрын
It is good but, the type of food depends on the type of fish you have in the pond and their age. As a rule of thumb if they are younger check the percentages of protein as they will need higher amounts to grow and vice versa for fully grown fish.

Hi, I recently bought a Goshiki that was sold as being high quality, which some will agree on and some wont, it was a fairly expensive but not hugely, Size was about 7 or 8 inches length. When i bought the koi it had lots of red, the whole of its back and both sides were solid red, going into pointed sections as it went down the sides of the fish, The grey was fairy dark, Nowhere on the top of fish could you see any black coming though the red at all, Just a slight bit on the bottom of the sides, I live in a hard water area, PH is about 8, After having this fish for about 6 - 8 weeks it has totally lost ALL of its red, barely any red left on it at all now, just very faded patches, all the grey has now turned to white, Does anyone think there is any chance of the grey and reds coming back over time, or seeing as its now gone to mainly white with faded barely visible red patches, is it now just a lost cause. Currently it looks like a koi thats been purchased out of the 5 for for £10 tank, nothing like high quality at all lol. Appreciate any comments. I wont post the link in here, but the koi in question can be seen on my channel when i bought it. and i will upload how it looks now.
