To make notes is undoubtedly great advice. All good and great coaches give this advice. But... What is the point to make notes if you are forgetting to read them? ;) I was... I think a reminder you must read your notes regularly is important too. You must embed reading your notes in your shooting routine.

Thanks for the videos Russell! I've been trap shooting for just over a year, and I'm hooked! I'm definitely improving, and appreciate your assistance. On the subject of pattern boards, do you use mild steel for your pattern board? And how thick is it? 6mm? 8mm?
