Gosht Kay Shami Kabab Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
For the kebabs:
Boiled Beef Boneless 1 Kg
Boiled gram lentil 250 grams
Whole garam masala 5 tbsp
Whole Red Chilli 12-15
Talhar chilies 4
Salt 2 tbsp
Potato sliced 2
Onion (large) 1
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Dried crushed coriander 3 tbsp
For The Filling:
Onion Chopped 2 (large)
Green chilies chopped 10-12
Coriander Chopped 1 bunch
Mint Chopped ½ bunches
Oil 1 cup
Method:
Put all the ingredients of the kebab in a pot with 2 liters of water and cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour cook till the water is dried out. Grind with dry hands. Add filling ingredients and mix well then make kebabs. Fry in oil and serve.
TAFTAAN WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Flour 500 grams
Milk 250 ml
Eggs 2
Sugar 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Method:
Add 1 cup lukewarm water to the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast and let it rise. Now add eggs, flour, and salt and knead it with milk. Make a round roti and brush with ghee Bake for 15 minutes at 250 C and serve.
