You never mentioned when on A/C the fan never shuts off. Once it stops cooling it blows warm air. Till temperature reaches the kick in setting. What’s that all about?

Hi Glen. By not using “auto” mode on the A/C unit once the compressor turns off the stored coldness in the unit continues to blow cold air for a while. By having the fan on it moves the air around until the compressor turns on again. I have found by using this process I can raise the thermostat so the compressor runs less to extract more run time off my Volta lithium battery bank. Even when plugged into shore-power, this process keeps the coach comfy. Hope that helps

Thank you. I totally get that but we found that laying in bed at night once the a/c reaches the temperature the compressor shuts of and fan runs and after a bit it starts blowing warm air till the coach reaches set temperature and the compressor kicks in again. To me this makes no sense at all. Why does the fan not just shut off. We feel the cold air then the warm air blowing on us at night or anytime for that matter. Makes no sense. Plus never shutting down becomes an irritant noise wise also.

If my AC on my Flagstaff goes bad, i really want this unit. I hope they start selling in usa soon. I like my Coleman Mach 3 but that thing is so loud inside.

Missed you at Tampa :-( I was only there Thursday and the crowd was huge. Continue the great work you make a great ambassador for the rv industry. If there is a Trade Association ( I’m sure there is one) you should approach them about promoting the industry for them. Put together a package of your work and present the idea to them perhaps.

This looks to be the best 120v ac coming to market later. It's just on some Winnebago and Coachman RVs at first to test them out in real world settings,before it's released in the wild. If it'll save battery power,then I'll happily run this with the inverter.
