Gossamer Gear G4-20 Ultralight backpack review | Tough enough for the Australian bush?

Long term review of the Gossamer Gear G4-20 Ultralight Backpack. This could be my favourite pack, but is it tough enough for the Australian bush?

Great review CFJ. I have the Gossamer Mariposa and I really love it. Nice and light and great functionality, but is does damage easily. I have repairs all over it, but it all holds well and nothing that has happened so far is ‘terminal’. I don’t use anything else these days.

Yeah, it's delicate nature, is a little disappointing. I have put a big patch across the material at the base of the stuff pocket, but I do love everything else about this pack. Happy to hear you are enjoying your Mariposa.

Thank you for the great review. Does the lanshan 2 fit in the tent side pocket?

Yes it will, but it is pretty tight and will likely fit easier the less the you compress the tent in the tent bag
