Ok but the real question is when do you go collector/pd/rage blade second on Kai’sa? I need an explanation cuz after kraken I’m just lost on what to build

You don't necessarily need collector for Kaisa. People usually build it since they rush the upgrade of Kaisa's Q, then instead of selling the dirk they just proceed to complete it since they have the component. Also, the lethality it provides is quite good in early game. Collector is good if you are against ADC and Enchanter in bot lane. Build PD or Rageblade if you are against tankier comps you can kite.
