You are right about seeing Rorschach designs lol. Since the pages are in tact you could set it in front of a fan. As pages dry the wind flips to next wet section. Sunshine’s lovely eyes are hard to say no to when it comes to treats. I’m glad he’s getting paid in treats for his pup-dates 💰. Will Sunshine hv a costume or hat for fall events?

Hi Pam!! Whenever I get to much stuff on my desk (seems to be the dumping ground for everything!!!), I take a bright pink (so I can find it) plastic garbage can and dump everything in it! Voila!!! you're desk is clean and you can hide the garbage can! Just make sure it is well hidden so your ambitious better half doesn't pick it up and dump it in the recycling bin. Great idea for the composition book!! I was shocked to see it at $5 -school special! - lol! - I remember buying it for $1!!!! (pre-covid) I still have it and was looking for something to do with it!! Thanks for the idea! BTW we don't hear much from Holly & Cie - are they ok?

I’ve got all kinds of supplies and stamps I’ve saved cereal boxes etc and still haven’t done that. But maybe this winter

When I have soaked a journal after assembly it usually takes a few days to dry in an air conditioned room. Couple times a day I will leaf through the pages to break up any chunks of pages stuck together.

This is soooo awesome, Pam! I am loving it!! And just let me say - my hubby's desk is next to mine - he works from home, taking calls - so I had to leave the volume off when I started this video ... he looked over and said "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS SHE DOING??" I was sweeping up the paper scraps from off the floor, and I said "I have no idea!" So I had to back it up and turn the captions on! WOW! When you said you were "Star Trek-ing it," well... we are both huge Sci-Fi fans & love anything related to Star Trek/Star Wars! So that makes it even more endearing - but to see someone throw caution to the wind and do something so bold on a "live recording" - well, that is just the moxie-est, kewlest, fearless, pluckiest, spectacular-est thing I've ever seen a crafter do!! Kudos to you, Pam -for going where no one has gone before - where crafters fear to trod! YOU are the ultimate trailblazer! The avant-garde QUEEN of innovative crafting!! BRAVO!! This is fun! Really cool results on the pages! Put it in the Florida sun, and it'll dry fast😂Put masking tape to the ridges, and once you cover the cover pages with paper or fabric, all will be well! Can't wait to see how this will develop! Ooo, that little sunshine is so sweet🐶

❤ I hung my wet-work dyed book over a clothesline-type twine spine-wise to dry. Dried pretty quickly. ❤ Mine was a white hardcover book that I dipped the dangling pages into a wash basin of coffee then hung it over the line.

I always clean off my working area by putting the stuff in cake pans which aren't being used for cakes anyway. The cake pans are shallow enough that things are mostly easy to see.

Pam we all have messy desks after a session. If you do not have a place where things live its the endless clutter pandemonium. My solution is have a plastic bin those acrylic ones or something lower not high, and dump everything in there after ur done. I do this so I can use my table. Dump it all in a basket or box whatever and go. When u have time, u sort. I know I have a comp book from 12-15 years ago its so nice I never used it. They even embellished the inner covers with botanical art. The cover is soooooo thick. It cost me $8 back then. Last I saw they sold for $24 yikesss. These new cheap comp books are flimsy. The Hilroys for kids are the worst. They are copy paper covers. Mine were cardboard when I was in school. They had these black little notebooks with textured cardboard I liked too possibly graph paper and I use to buy them for $0.10!!!! I loved 80s school supplies. ❤ Bake it on low. It will dry faster. I have a rack for the dryer for shoes. I wonder if its safe to put paper in a dryer? hey they used to “launder” money and dry it lol.

Maybe not you but I typically learn from you and I put a twist on it and make a HUGE mess. and I did try this, did not have my bag completely closed. I had you on hold, and was just about to give a little shake and coffee went everywhere. lol. I love watching and learning to watch till the end. lol thanks
