1) American buttermilk: glass of milk + few drops of lemon keep for 5 mins. This is used in making or maranating chicken 2) Dahi + water = buttermilk ( chaas) 3)milk left after you churn butter( some people make kadhi out of it)

Yes it's buttermilk. If you are not drinking just don't throw it . Give that water to plants. Your house plants will grow nicely and become green also. Curry leaves plant grows fabulously. I do this regularly. Even I give dal rice water to plants.

Yes thats call buttermilk, and you can use that if you are making kadhi , you can knead dough with it , and it will make yummy soft paratha, you can even make pancakes ( sweet or savory) with it.....and more endless use . Definitely useful if you want to drink it add some roasted jeera powder, salt.

Very nice gifts. Use them. I have stopped buying cookbooks anymore, 90% of the books I buy, I have never used them, go back my old notebook I wrote down my family recipes. My husband gets upset every time he sees my cookbooks, I tell "But I read them!" 🤣🤣 Chicken dish looks great. I made Kadhai Chicken, was good with Naan. Homemade is the best, I always make my own ghee adding spices and garlic with Irish butter. Have a nice day! More snow for us, probably 1-2", tomorrow night to Saturday and cold.

Papad bh fry kr lo w that simple but yummy looking chicken curry rice meal! omg payal i hope you did no throw the chaas out after making butter! it has so many nutrients! you can use it to make chapati dough. i make my butter in my kitchen aid stand mixer and then after making butter in the same pot i make chapati dough it is soooo soft and tasty or you can add some black salt, pepper, chillis and coriander ginger and drink it like chaas....
