Clint’s program kept me from a wheelchair. I was using a walker because my feet felt like I was walking on glass. Within I’d say 2 months I felt so much better! The first time I walked down my stairs without pain, I cried like a baby! I couldn’t believe it! Clint is so down to earth and if he doesn’t have an answer he’ll tell you so. I bought his program 2 years before I began it, I didn’t think I could do it, but pain is very motivating so I bit the bullet and joined his online forum and became 80% pain free (I suffered for 30 years). I’ll take it! I miss the support from the forum especially Katie!

My arthritis flaredup overnight after a ‘treat’ meal of a curry with some oil in it. Mostly I am oil-free and don’t have problems. I did a juicing program for forty days over Lent and was completely pain free by the second week; I know it’s just anecdotal but heck I felt good on that juice!! (cold pressed green and fruit juice) xx also lost 22lb in the 40 days

@@lvlv1225 For the juices - the ‘lemon ginger blast’ (recipes on youtube) is good and otherwise mainly mono-juices ie. just orange, or watermelon, or pineapple sometimes with a little ginger. Also I put apple in the lemon ginger blast sometimes. Very best wishes ☺️ ps. For oil-free cooking Well Your World and chef AJ are great

Stronger hips, glutes, g.medius & lower leg, feet shown key for knee pain, quads can be too tight on knees incl. by quad strengthening. Hi impact not good for OA. El Paso Manual PT is one good resource on YT. A.Kuhn Keep Adventure Alive for arthritis, movement & very good.

He keeps recommending bikram yoga. I went to check it out and was appalled. I’m a certified yoga teacher myself. The sequence of the postures seems really dangerous. That’s why they need to heat up the studio, otherwise they’ll for sure get injured. Many very important postures aren’t included, especially it you can only do 30-40 minutes of practice a day. Also, repeating same postures daily, seems boring to the least but mainly, not productive for our bodies and minds. The most important - they demand the students to lock their joints - unhealthy and counter productive as it weakens the supportive muscles.

He might want to do Brooke Goldner's protocol and heal his RA instead of just manage it. So many good doctors, with so much good info!

He did converse with Dr Goldner over his setback. Not everyone heals from her protocol. People with rheumatoid are for some reason can be affected by fats, even good fats like chia and flaxseed.

@@heidirexin5141 - - - I wasn't meaning to be. I too have autoimmune issues. I totally get it when one protocol doesn't work; you try another. It's not one size fits all. That's really all I meant to convey.
