It's nice that the CEO apologize on behalf of his son and even asked Keiichi if he wanted to come back to the main branch or not but what was really satisfying is when he had his son work underneath them and threatened to disown him if he couldn't learn anything and made him start back from the bottom as a salesman and it's sweet that Keiichi and Yui became a lovely couple in the end. 🥰

The reason why HQ isn’t in disarray despite Keiichi not returning is because the root of the problem was the CEO’s son. His demands were what was causing them to go into disarray.

The thumbnail looked similar to the demotion bit here. This art style must be getting popular than other ones I've seen here. I never thought I see an episode about selling ice cream. Yummy 😋😋😋😋. Funny enough,I had some not too long ago 😂. Also, this episode feels like where keiichi's boss sent him to the lowest part of the branch he gets 3 girls harem in the end from last month mixed with ceo's son frames me,demoted me to the sticks and fiance stolen all in one take. I don't get why anyone who don't have an educational background is considered a bad thing when producing results should be the main key of the individual? Nakamura is a huge example on why status can only get you so far but not all the way. Him sending the "middle school graduate" to the coldest parts of the branch caused the company's major downfall. It's nice his father apologizes to him for nakamura's wrongful transfer because of his ego. When ice cream came into play, I'd expect keiichi to work as an ice cream man for this skit 🤣🤣🤣🤣 blue honeysuckle? Is that a real thing?🤔 When will we ever get a more badass keiichi who's not a simp or a realistic one who has major common sense? Oh well,guess he won't be like yuto tanaka. I like music playing in the background here. This must be the first time we see the antagonist work under someone as punishment here before but I might be wrong.

"YOU'RE just a middle school graduate and YOU think you know more about company management than ME who graduated from Uni with a degree in management?!?" Yep. I have 8 years actual WORK EXPERIENCE in sales AND management. All YOU have is irrelevent book leaning and NO experience! Your "degree" does NOT make you qualified to be a manager, OR that you know how to run a company!! THE PROBLEMS WE'RE HAVING IN THE OFFICE NOW BECASE OF YOUR UNREALISTIC DEMANDS IS PROOF OF THAT!!! YOU REFUSE TO REALIZE SOME JOBS TAKE LONGER THAN OTHERS! HAVEA PROPOSAL FOR THE NEW PRODUCT IN A WEEK WITHOUT DOING THE MARKET RESEARCH THAT TO BE COMPLETE WILL TAKE AT LAST A MONTH??? You MAY have a piece of paper that says you "know" the BASICS ... but your ACTIONS clearly show you DON'T UNDERSTAND the basics, at all, at all!!! If you DID, we would NOT be in the predicament we're in now!!!
@gradypatterson19488 ай бұрын
"Can't you just do that in a week?" Sure, if I were just making up sample data like one does in university. If you want the proposal to actually describe a workable process, though, then the proposed process data has to be correlated with data from actual current operations, compiled, summarized, and integrated with the requirements for the new process before being formatted as a formal proposal. If you want a proposal that has a 3-way split between probability of success, failure, and corporate fatality, I can give you that in a week. If you want a serious proposal with a high likelihood of success and minimized risk of taking the company into bankruptcy, that will take one to two months. Take your pick, Dick.
@royrobinson92128 ай бұрын
Going by the customer complaints they were getting, he took option one and if daddy hadn't came back and Sato hadn't gotten the branch offices' sales up, bankruptcy was a possibility.

Also Nakamura being a nepo baby and the CEO's son, what's the point of not be able to learn about inner workings of his father's company thinking he'll become the next CEO when his father retires, since he was demoted and now transferred to the overseas branch where Keiichi becomes the Section Chief and Nakamura didn't learn anything, not take the advice of his colleagues and didn't produce results in sales. He'll be kicked out of the company soon. If he actually became the CEO of the company, he'll bankrupt it within a month to a year, just saying..

11:54 It IS your fault. You were the one who sent Keiichi off at the Great North just because he stood up to you. And in spite of being petty, you also hadn't improved the business by continuing to give workers impossible demands. So, really, all the fingers point to YOU.
