I had a boss like Tomosawa once as a volunteer. Unlike Tomosawa he meant well, but he worked us to the point of breaking and had all this enthusiasm and expected us to have the same. At the end of the day we were all exhausted and he insisted on these team exercises and cheers despite the fact we were working all day without a break and just wanted to go back to the hotel.

A really motivated manager. So motivated, the others are so exhausted to keep up and follow his example (lead) or to say being a slave driver.

Managers can work harder than normal employees because managers make enough money to hire help for problems at home. I knew one manager who bragged he worked more hours than anyone else, but he had to hire a personal shopper because he was too busy to run personal errands. The employees, of course, can't afford things like personal shoppers, so they can't manage as many hours.

Tomozawa has no one else to blame but himself he kept pushing his own ideals on to others without even having any thought of their own feelings on what they wanted and then he had the nerve to ask Yui to give him back Keiichi as if he had led him to her yeah no he definitely ended up getting what he deserved in the end when they all reported him😂 because there was no way Yui was going to give back Keiichi especially since they had a date scheduled. 🥰

the thumbnail reminds me of got fired for warning the ceo's son! then the prime contractor ends the contract.. from last month mixed with met my ex at a meeting! she changes to other company just before signing contract from 2 months ago. the art style and character design looks new for the first time on this channel despite being somewhat a recent subscriber to pick up on the art patterns from time to time. being passionate isn't bad and all but you need to be considered to your subordinates' well-being to which you should make your priority in response. i would've been rooting for tomosawa with that much enthusiasm had he not took that into his own head with using said enthusiasm for himself where it caused mental and physical exhaustion put into his workers like that. the girls here have very nice and unique hairstyles here. yui looks so beautiful in this picture i thought she was thicc all over the place but busty is fine too. hell, she looks almost like illyasviel von einzbern if she was older or rather her mom with the same color scheme (although her hair is slightly blonde with a mix of silver to it).i swear,it feels like i'm seeing romcom manga chan kicking in with their animated drawings. the shading is rare to see one certain characters. if tomosawa didn't act all hot-headed with his one-sided attitude to where it made his workers leave,he could've gone places. 12:46 the woman here talking in the image bubble looks like that one woman from an anime i used to watch here and there. 13:27 i thought yui was curvy here until i saw it again. to think i'd see phones look 3d here. the backgrounds and environment feels like romcom manga chan as well. 14:31-14:38 i wonder if she likes him judging by her face. the fmc's voice is new. the music choices here feels so new here.

So...basically the antagonist thought that everyone wanted to have a promising career, and instead to help them out, he just used them as tools...disgusting. Also, this story reminds me of another story in which the CEO (or Manager) was a girl that basically couldn't stand to see the MC working efficiently and fast as well (with no mistakes too) and she FORCED him to become something he didn't even WANT (it may sound a different case, but considering what the MC said about career and such, I say we are there with the topic...), and the worst part, is that she did that only because she didn't want to see the MC *quiet*... Anyway, I'm glad that the girl in this story is someone with a brain that got the MC and didn't put any pressure, indeed, she gave him a proper job in which he's doing fine and probably in the future, they'll end up being married. As for the antagonist...I do wish a "redemption arc", unless he's really rotten like the finale of the story says.

I am not convinced that Tomozawa was necessarily wrong in being ambitious, for he certainly was not being evil and trying to sabotage the efforts of other people to advance in their careers, and he was also literally trying to get, as well as expect, the best from others, and in also trying to prove himself to be leading by example with working hard for the company, but I am also convinced that Keiichi kind of has a toxic attitude about himself,. While I know that there can only be one boss in a company, in some companies, yes, even ones that are outside of Japan as well, being cheerful, happy, and upbeat literally are a part of the job description, thus any claims of not wanting ambition in a job, and neglecting potential job descriptions that literally require such behaviors, make such arguments that Keiichi had in those regards irrelevant. Moreover, if a person literally is not a good fit for a job, then it is perfectly fine to go to another one that better suits their needs, and that should be acceptable between the unsatisfied employee and Tomozawa. The problems that Tomozawa had were being dismissive of the feelings of his employees, that neither he, nor people like Keiichi, willing to be actual adults and work out reasonable compromises, and him not asking the employees if they truly feel happy with their jobs, and their lives. Tomozawa was not a jerk in being legitimately concerned for Keiichi's health, and good bosses are that way, so he is not a completely heartless ogre, and that also means that Tomozawa is simply misguided in some things, he needs to have some of his harmful tendencies redirected, he needs some retraining, he needs better relationships with his co-workers/subordinates. However, other than those things, he is the furthest thing from a typical self-absorbed, greedy, incompetent, and power hungry Japanese black company boss because he truly cares about his subordinates, he truly wants them to bring out their best, not just for him, but also for the customers, and themselves, he wants to let his employees have confidence in themselves, so Tomozawa just needs a little further training, better relations with his employees, his employees need to take his advice and better themselves, but not to Japanese black company levels, and the employees need to also understand things like these in their lives.

Yeah I think the same. Sadly on this channel romance in this stories are not happening or a little bit in the ending and this is sadly. Nowadays so many companies work with this attitude. They only did to increase the profit but didn't think about the emplyees or worker. I must say that will be really bad in the future. Seen this many times in big companies. You are now a number not more. Yui helped Keiichi big times and her company. He creats a great work atmosphere so he is very usefull but the manager has no interest in this.

Here is the aftermath of the story. Who was on the blind date with Yui? Well, naturally, it was Keiichi, and she had also invited her friends Minawa, Kaniko, Noa and Nagisa along, and now he has five lovely lady friends to work with him in his professional, as well as personal, life. Also, all of his old banker friends got mistreated at their new jobs, so they all flocked over to his job, and his life is looking better than ever, and he has a legitimate harem in his life, thanks to them all seeing five engagement rings, and them all going to Burkina Faso, and all five of his wives, who were all also childhood friends, are very happy, including his boss. All of his wives are now mommies, as well as very happy mommies, and wives. Now, as for Tomosawa, he had realized that he needed to seek some serious mental health help for himself, so he went on some mental health apps and realized that his parents had always made him try to do his best, to the point of obsessiveness, and that is because his parents knew how it was like, being both survivors of a post-World War II Japan, and enduring the economic crunch of Japan in the 1980s. Tomosawa got himself into therapy, and he learned how to retrain himself on how to be on the job. He has now since gotten some additional university degrees, and he has built up an empire where he both criticizes the permanent average level mindset that Keiichi had, as well as his own formerly obsessive successful attitude, and he advocated for finding happiness in a job where a person feels like they feel like they fit best. Tomosawa begged Keiichi, Yui, and the former co-workers that he mistreated, to come talk to his meetings, but they wanted to sue, and he told them something surprising, and he said, "Yeah, you're right, you should sue me for seeming like I was harassing you, but the thing is that I'm turning over some new leaves for myself, and that's not a lie. Ironically, I have to thank you all for making me who I am today, and I want you all to be unabashedly honest, candid, and sincere with the people that are at the seminars. I also want to genuinely apologize for how I treated you all, and I want to make it up to you all in your lives. I know that money isn't a good thing to use, but I hope that any compensation that I can give to you would be genuine attempts to make things good between us in our lives". He began to break down, and sobbed, then he got his composure again, and said, "I always pushed you all so hard, but it was not just because I wanted you all to be pushed so hard, nor was it because I was pushing myself so hard, in order to lead you all by example, though I certainly thought that I was doing that in my life, but, rather, it was because my parents always tried to instill this sort of attitude to myself because they had the unfortunate bad timing to have been born around World War II, and then had lived through both the post-World War II era, as well as the crash of the Japanese yen, as well as the crash of the Japanese economy, in the 1980s, and my grandparents lived through The Great Depression, which affected everyone worldwide, including in Japan, so, naturally, they fought tooth and nail to survive, and they got their minds so twisted and warped with that kind of Wall Street/Wolf of Wall Street kind of mentality that they deemed anything less than their impossible standards was not good enough, and, even after their passing, I still am haunted by them and their attitudes in my life". He paused again, and said, rather solemnly, "My wife, and my child...I literally have told no one this, prior to you all today, but they were both k i l l e d by a drunk driver, and that made me more slavishly devoted to my job because I literally could not stand the grief of losing the two biggest treasures in my life, so I was working hard to make it up to them, or so I thought, but I just could not accept their losses, and I do not know how to handle grief in my life. Moreover, my parents, and my grandparents, they were also cold and distant people, even by Eastern standards, and I honestly felt indifference due to them passing on, even though I should have felt grief, and it was at that point that I knew that I had to change that, if not for my parents, and my grandparents, then certainly at least for my wife, and my son, who both had loved me unconditionally in their lives. I felt hollow on the inside all along, and I was hiding it by booze, drugs, and a fake ambitious attitude in my life, and I am sorry, truly sorry, on an infinite level, on how I mistreated you lot today". He paused and said, "I am clean as of three years now, I have become a Christian, and I am focusing my ambitions and success on the things of Eternity, and not the things of the world. I also ask you to please forgive me for what had happened in my past". He said the last line with genuine grief, remorse, and regret, with his voice genuinely breaking in his life. Keiichi, and the rest of the people that had worked for Tomosawa, began to cry when they had heard his past, and they unanimously agreed to help him out on occasion to his seminars (but, to be fair, the pay WAS pretty sweet, so that certainly did help things a little bit, but they would be total jerks if they ironically treated him as bad as he did to them, and especially given himself being honest about his life and his past), as well as on the multiple award winning self-help books, which became the gold standard in not just Christian and Jewish business training, but business training as a whole, and also worldwide. Moreover, they all knew that, deep down, Tomosawa was not a bad guy, rather, he was just simply trying to do his best with what he had been dealt with in his life, and he also got the same kind of tunnel vision that his parents, as well as grandparents, had in his life, which was only further exasperated by the losses of his wife and daughter. Keiichi and the others all got books from Tomosawa, they all keep in touch with him, Tomosawa found love with a woman in her early twenties, and she married him when she was in her middle twenties, and now they are a happy family, and the twist was that the girl that he had married was actually the best friend of his daughter, and she knew that Tomosawa did his best to be a good father and husband to her best friend, so, since his daughter's best friend became an orphan, she literally had no one in her life, and she met him, and now they are happy together, and they now have a daughter that they named in honor of her best friend, and his daughter, and the second daughter that they had they named after his wife, with the other two children that they had were named in honor of her parents, as she was also an only child. (I am not always going to make a ending where things go to the penultimate level of bad for the villain in the story, but I do believe that, sometimes, villains CAN be redeemable in these stories, and Tomosawa deserved this kind of fate. Even Charao can repent of his villainy and become a good person, or even be good by default, in Love Koi Manga stories from time to time, so this story deserved that kind of outcome).

Great story and people. Sadly the romance thing on this channel is bad as ever. Would like to see more romance here. Must say that nowadays the companies didn't think about the employee and only think about profit and so on. You are just a number now. I have seen this so often. Big companies think sadly often this way. The person in the office is ahead about the worker in the company and no one is listening to the worker. They don't care and this is sadly. Often companies work now like the new brand manager and are wrong with this.
