If other companies want to hire Keiichi, they're going to have a hard time because he really enjoys his job. Kobayashi really screwed himself over when he sent Keiichi to another department and now he's gonna lose his job because of his selfishness but his coworkers really trust Keiichi and respects him

All Kobayashi was doing was looking for a scapegoat and a dog to kick with Keiichi. When he got called out for it, he was as useless as a horse that came in dead last on a racetrack.

Amazing video! Serves Kobayashi right! For looking down on Keichi, badmouthing him and for acting all high and mighty! He deserves to be defeated and rejected! Keichi is the company's hero to Yui and the others co-workers. It seems that Kobayashi brought karma to himself....or maybe karma came to HIM instead. In conclusion, I wish Keichi and Yui good luck as a beautiful couple!😊🖤❤💖

The moral of the story is that jealousy masks one's happiness. Once jealousy is removed, happiness is revealed. Jealousy makes a person complex, and one cannot remain happy.

In the end, the antagonist was just jealous about the fact the MC was just more skilled...DISGUSTING. Also, he should be lucky that he didn't get sued for the unauthorized stuff he did...but seriously, this guy was a total son of **** from the very beginning.

It's average day of an Organization Carrier. Imagine if MC quit the company. It's good that it's just lower-level management did the unauthorized discount because I can relate it. Back in my working days at restaurant, there is a group of familiar face customers who usually come to throw party at our restaurant and the CEO decided to make it a wholesale buffet, me as the cashier and also the CEO's secretary can't do anything but get upset every single time I saw the aftermath. Just by glancing I automatically know that we'll be out of business soon and it actually happened.

Another story in which the "big boss" assigns an incompetent person to fill a vital role for his company. The incompetent one is Kobayashi who was appointed as head of the sales sector by the Boss. Boss who in the end also gives a sort of moral to Kobayashi on how to treat collaborators when up until then he has always been disinterested in this. Did he agree to transfer Sato to sales but never bothered to check how things were going there? Instead he went to check on how things were going after returning to IT. Wasn't it more appropriate to go and talk to the head of sales after the sudden decline in performance?

If a person whom is charge of others cant even give or see where credit is due they are in the wrong job field. Anyone who would act this petty when the concern should be the success of the overall company should be fired. The one thing i see in real life almost every day is that the ground level workers always have someone doing oversight on their jobs but what about those higher up in the chain? Who watches them cause ive experienced plenty of people at the managing level who cant even do their own jobs properly or within timeframes but will blame others and think that they are not responsible even for minor mistakes.

It was a good story with a moral. But, it would have been an even better story if they actually showed us what was being sold! Were they selling IT parts? IT system services? IT system software? For all we know, they might have been selling catering, clothing lines or insurance! We know Keichi was an IT systems expert. But what was Kobayashi's actual field of expertise and knowledge? Why was the company's specialized computer systems division so inept at solving computer problems? Fleshing out these things would have made a much better story!

Just a question here but why does all of these Anime' videos have everybody working in the Office all of the time? I mean, there are other jobs that exist out there in the workforce. Why does KZbin only show The Office People?

They also show convenience store workers, fast food workers, factory, construction, etc but probably focus more on office because of their culture

I've never been in sales but what Sato was described as doing doesn't seem to be viable in real life. What's more for a company to be dependent on one person would be the equivalent of corporate suicide. So all in all this story failed to get me to suspend my disbelief. I get that this was supposed to be a moral lesson story about the Boss' ego and jealousy but to me it just comes off as weak. For example why didn't the two ex-coworkers tell the boss what they told him earlier? Seems to me that the sales department as a whole has major issues that need addressing.

This episode was boring (story-wise). The last time we had this "incompetent" keiichi episode here was from 3 weeks ago called got fired after boss treats me as incompetent! And not even two days ago, we have the same art style and character design during this episode called arrogant wealthy heir stole my gf!
