In all honesty that homeless person should be thankful for that food. I even doubt they are homeless if they refused and only asked for money. Probably one of those people that act like it and instead use it for a financial gain. Where I live they don’t want food. They want money so they can run to the drug house down the street and/or the liquor store for their alcohol. I used to give money and food until so many of them started throwing the food away and taking money for their drugs and alcohol.
