Acetone works great. Add just a little at a time. I keep a small bottle of acetone (nail polish remover) just for this purpose.

Good morning Pam! 💕 Very timely video my dear! 👍 Even after working diligently to use my much loved (i.e.: hoarded) scrapbook papers for well over a year… I am still awash in stacks/bins of scrapbooking paper. (I think they multiply when I’m not looking). Overcome with excitement and joy of discovering this great hobby years ago I went nuts collecting up things … especially papers. Hi Pam! i did something a little different. I took my scrapbook pads and took one of each sheet out of them (12 x 12 pads and 8 x 8 pads). Then i took 12 x 12 sheet, folded it in fours, cut it in half, one half made a booklet, the other half I folded in half and it made a smaller folder and the other part made an envelope, a pocket and 2 pcs. of scrap paper, all out of the one 12 x 12. You can also do a smaller version of it with the 8 x 8. I then put all of them in rows in oblong wicker baskets which i can go to whenever i want a certain color scheme or design. it also reminds me about what pads I have on shelves. It's a big help since i also have so many pads. It's as bad as collecting purses.

Hi Pam, I love the idea of "shopping at home". I had forgotten how much old scrapbook paper I had from my former "scrapbooker years". I found beautiful papers to use along with book pages. Some of the bright colors that I normally don't want to use, I put some gesso on top to take it down a bit. So muchj to explore just in my own stash. Love this idea of getting the paper ready by cutting it the sizes that we might use. So thank you for all the ideas...

I dig the rest of the glue out the end bit with a palette knife. A bit of kebab stick or similar works too. You'd be surprised by the amount that you retrieve

Mornin' Pam. I have crazy sleeping habits too. Learned years ago not to fight it. I craft, read or clean in the wee hours. Whatever I'm in the mood to do. I don't have the best lighting and the old eyes struggle so I usually clean or watch videos. Today you caught me cleaning my craft table and sorting craft "stuff". Good video today. Donna, I’m with you on the sleeping and housework. After 3 years of being a hermit and considering that I’m 87….and having lots of hobbies and various art I enjoy doing….I can honestly say that I’m happy and content. I also have a lovely Russian Blue cat that I adopted 6 years ago when she was 5. She’s wonderful company, easy care and has been with me during some pretty rough times.

Thank you for this great video! I have watched it several times. I want to add another comment. Here’s a digi kit idea: antique boats and rivers, like old wood motor boats, row boats, and so on. These images are hard to find, but if you could find them, they would be so lovely! (Sailboats and lakes are easier to find, but not as interesting in my opinion.)

She has a lot of those. I’ve purchased almost a hundred of her digikits myself. Love them! I’ve taken some of the images and printed them as a full page, then printed them again with a different image over the top. Overlaying foreign language script over the top of vintage floral drawings for example. I also printed edge to edge which then made a beautiful signature page background. You can find them in Pam’s Etsy shop. 🥰

Haven't got scrapbook paper but have been cutting out pictures from magazines, so using those also instead of digikits which I don't have. Amazing how many beautiful pictures we can get from magazines if we just spend the time really looking through them. Just love your channel so much and always have a good chuckle with you. At the end of a glue stick recently I used a plastic glue spreader (or wood spatula) and dug out enough glue to finish my project - there is quite a bit left in those bases at the end! Needs must - when we don't have a replacement!

Suggesting having a cover-free old phone book with yellow pages as a handy glue backing sheet, tear off and pitch (however; kindling wads for winter fireplace here) AND handy white alphabet words/cute nostalgic emblems to use for fill/embellishments. Coffee cup holder absorbs spills and rings, which can be cool adds later, too! Keep up the good work!

Egyptian mythology would be an ideal digi. I'll have to check and see if you've already done that one. I have a grandaughter that would love that for her journal. I'm determined to use up a bunch of my stash this year, slow down on the buying and work on a lot of overstuffed journals. I like the idea of mass making journal card or pocket bases.
