@@mattburkeen820 I was never good with tearoffs. I used roll offs. It used to be smith but they sold all goggle frames. In 10 years I only had to pull my goggles once. At RedBud of course, before they brought in the sand. So I ran Oakley goggles with smith roll offs. Check out Tom, he ran roll offs and got the overall in 250.

Eating out 101, if the food isn’t 160*+ on your plate do not eat it. I can’t tell you how little I eat out anymore it’s so rare! I was told this by the VP of quality control of a major burger chain out in the west! Never eat lettuce at a restaurant! He said, 90+% it’s the lettuce that gets cross-contaminated and causes most food poisoning!

Matty B...love your content and you should be proud of what you are accomplishing!! If you aren't already doing so, you have to hydrate with tons of salt and magnesium. Work your way up with magnesium though because it can give you diahrea if you don't gradually increase it to the normal intake but make sure you eat food with the salt and magnesium. Also, the 5 hour energy drinks or anything with stimulants and poor diet will aggravate your stomach. I use Redmond real salt 1/2 teaspoon, magnesium 1/2 teaspoon and Ultima electrolyte powder in 24 ounces of water multiple times throughout a riding day. I'm a 52 year old personal trainer and can ride all day long with 25 year old riders without getting tired. It's mostly due to proper Electrolyte intake but quality food intake is another part of it. I'm willing to help with the nutrition and conditioning pieces of the MX puzzle. Message me here with a way to contact you if you're interested. Much respect for your efforts every week but especially at the Wick!

The amount of effort you put in to get to the races, all by yourself mostly, coupled with training, racing and doing it without your nutrition being just right has to be taking its toll on you. It can accumulate as well. Eat plenty of lean beef and other sources of lean protein, potatoes or sweet potatoes, oatmeal, chocolate Fairlife skim milk with salt in it, and lots of electrolytes(not just water) when at the races and during training.

This is for Matt and you. The cause of Over 90% people with migraines is their Atlas(misaligned vert at base of skull.) Find a naturalpath chiropractor so you won't need medication. Just look up Atlas and you will find info. Matt has been seeing sports chiro so he should be good.
