As the footage progresses, several people waving Chinese flags appear in the background, eventually approaching the musician and instructing him to stop filming.
A baffled Mr. Kavanagh questions why he should stop filming and emphasizes to the group, who claim to be shooting for Chinese TV, that the "UK is a free country" and that they're in public.

The opening scene here says it all go watch it if you haven't seen it. She happily walks up to Brendan and his cameraman waves at the camera says hello, shakes his hand and asks her friend to play. They are obviously a tv crew traveling around the UK making travel content for China What I think happened here is someone in their team has gotten scared that their boss will be upset that their characters will be used to make money for someone else and they will get in trouble, they then begin to threaten Brendan to scare him into not using the footage he has taken. Chinese are very authoritarian and they will be very scared about how much trouble they will be in (rightly so this might effect their families) they also think that we are scared of authority but fail to realise that they have none in this situation. So desperate though that they now start making bizzare false allegations of racism for pointing out that this isn't china and claiming they have image rights and "do not touch her, you are not the same age".
